Taking a Breath of Fresh Air for Fresh Insights

We all get so caught up with our everyday hustle and bustle and demands at work, that we often become brain-dead and lose our creativity. Though we all mean to produce our best in our careers, by the time the day is over, if we have often pushed ourselves too hard, thus what we produce is probably less than our best.

How many of you have gone months, if not years without vacations or relaxing breaks? It's easy to do. With many companies short-handed due to downsizings, those working can easily find themselves at a loss of fresh ideas. Is your energy non-existent? Do you find yourself feeling drowsy during the day?

As much as you may feel that you need to work those long hours in order to get your work done, you may be surprised to know that taking a day or two off can make you even MORE productive after some rest. Of course, you will also benefit from fresh air and exercise. Mix with others and stimulate your senses.

In order to give our best, we need to nurture our minds and spirits.
