Carlsen This book begins to discuss how Six Sigma is a powerful way and companies have used to make big savings. Unfortunately, it never get rolling. In the middle is boring and tedious wait for the author to come to a point where something in the way of techniques are actually discussed. Best choice is Six Sigma Statistics Made Easy. It takes to go from the beginning and learn techniques to reality. The essential statistical tool is not difficult. As for Six Sigma: The McGraw-Hill 36-hour course, spend your money on any other book about Six Sigma techniques and processes. 3 of 3 people found this review helpful. SO MANY typos! By Ashley C. There are so many typos and misprints in this book, some topics are hard to pass. Part of the review questions are not answered in the back, some are in the wrong order, and in Chapter 7 responses were dropped all together, I would not recommend this book to everyone! 3 of 3 people found this review helpful. Poorly written, not worth the money by W. Rush This book looked like it was assembled in 36 hours. Tests at the end of each section for materials not included in the section. The answers are questionable. Typos and errors are found throughout the book. This book seems to have beaten the operation. Not recommend buying this book. See all 7 reviews ....
