He has taught on postgraduate and professional programmes since 1991 and is currently an associate tutor with Napier University, Edinburgh. Gordon Ferrier, BA (Hons), CPFA, DipMan is an independent consultant specialising in learning and performance improvement. In addition to his training and consultancy work, Gordon teaches public finance and related subjects at Napier University, Edinburgh.
