The victim will get an email from what looks to be Pay Pal; when in fact it is not Pay Pal at all. The Pay Pal email scam will usually ask the potential scam victim to log in their Pay Pal account (using the link provided within the email) to either “update” or “verify” the user’s account information. Once the victim has done so, the scammer now has access to use the victim’s account for various purposes. Pay Pal fraud has become a rampant epidemic and all Pay Pal users should be very wary when they receive emails from what they think is Pay Pal. Be careful and you should be able to avoid these mishaps. This isn’t Pay Pals fault and they are still regarded as a safe means to make internet transactions.

Rather than promising you millions of inheritance dollars, they lure their victims with love and either ask for financial help to get them out of a bind, or they ask for your account numbers so they can have a check deposited into your account (because, of course, their account isn’t working properly and they really need the money asap). The Nigerian Dating Scam is just another of the creative” help me” scams from Nigeria that seem to have a surprising amount of success for the scammers.

The infamous Get Rich Quick With Google Scam is a nefarious scam that feeds on the hopes and dreams of people who are aching to make some extra cash at home. And when they believe they are doing business with Google, it’s hard for them to think that they are really just falling victim to the Google Cash Scam. The Google Cash Scam leads you to believe that they have proven methods that will help you get rich with their system by circumventing normal Google rules. A secret they claim they will share for a small fee. The double-scam in all of this is that once you pay that “small” fee, they usually have fine print within their website that hooks you into automated billing practices and bilks your credit card for monthly charges with other affiliates that the Google scammer is involved with. If you can’t find it on Google’s Business Solutions page, then it isn’t a business solution directly from Google.
