LET'S BE HONEST!!!

As much as I like to be optimistic, I am also realistic. There may be some job opportunities developing, but I regret to say that many small and medium-sized firms are struggling just to stay alive.

As I circulate throughout the Charlotte Metro and talk to more and more companies, many are doing everything they can to push forward, but they are not seeing much positive activity. More of the larger firms need to help by loosening their purse-strings and utilize those vendors and suppliers so that more have a chance to not only survive but help those larger firms to grow themselves. This would be a win-win for all.

There could be more productivity if company leaders would empower their human resource professionals to tap into strategic service providers, who could train, coach and/or develop their existing workforces. Yes, human resource professionals in your firms know of effective vendors who could help your employees to be more productive, making you and your organization more successful. This would be an excellent use of your company's funds. GET STARTED NOW!!!
