Building A Solid Support Team for Future Growth

Where do you get new ideas for your business? Over time do you find that your business seems stale and in need of a fresh twist to your service or product? Where do you turn for creative ideas?

If your business doesn't have a Board of Advisors, perhaps you might consider at least setting up a group of credible business experts, who can offer insight into different aspects of a business. An understanding should be in place or a confidential agreement signed by all. Forming a professional advisors' group can benefit all if you each mutually agree to exchanging creative ideas with each other.

It would also be a good idea to set a schedule of times to meet and share ideas. Possibly once every other month or once a quarter. All involved should make this a commitment and seriously seek ways to help the others.

One other area where such a group could help is to offer solid advice for challenges each business encounters. This team of experts or advisors can be critical to the future of your business.
